Quick Recap

We began with personal check-ins and life updates, sharing about newborns, pets, and the realities of caring for aging parents. These conversations grounded the group and reflected the season many of us are navigating—balancing family, responsibility, and business growth.

On the business side, discussions included hiring decisions, consulting opportunities, marketing strategies for solopreneurs and small businesses, and upcoming retreat and collaboration ideas. The call wrapped with weekly goals, recent wins, and a shared commitment to staying focused and intentional.

Special Update:​
Jean shared that she received a call from Telese today. While we are genuinely happy for her as she steps into a full-time teaching role, she will definitely be missed on our weekly calls. The good news? Telese is still a valued member of our mastermind and will join us whenever she’s able. We love her and are cheering her on in this next chapter.

• Sue and Jean reflected on caring for elderly parents and the emotional and logistical lessons that come with it.

Business Decisions & Growth

• Coralyn discussed reconsidering a chiropractor hiring decision, recognizing the importance of alignment and fit before moving forward.
• Consulting opportunities, potential business acquisitions, and collaborative retreat ideas (including equine experiences) were explored.
• Sue clarified her marketing focus on solopreneurs and small businesses.
• Jean shared updates on social media scheduling, website progress, and adjusting work rhythms with a newborn puppy at home.

Wins & Weekly Focus

• Telese shared success with time blocking and reaching out to 65 insurance leads.
• Sue arrived safely in Rockport, TX despite a tire blowout (win!), and reaffirmed her 2026 planning focus.
• The group agreed to end a bit early due to Jean’s newborn puppy schedule and planned to reconvene the following Tuesday.
